Instant Pot Instructions

Seal and set to High Pressure 12 Minutes (17 if frozen).
Manually release pressure, shred chicken with forks.
Slow Cooker Instructions
Place all ingredients in Slow Cooker, Mix so the chicken is coated.
Place lid on Cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 8-10 hours.
